Craven Bespoke Carpentry – Terms & Conditions (Furniture & Accessories)
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Craven Bespoke Carpentry Limited (the “Company”) is registered in England and Wales under company number 16688585, with its registered office at 17 Beckenham Grove, Bromley, BR2 0JN, and principal workshop at Thames-Side Studios, Harrington Way, Warspite Rd, London SE18 5NR.
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of Goods from the Company via our website, by telephone, by email, or in person. The Company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be published on this website.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

“Company” means Craven Bespoke Carpentry Limited.

“Contract” means the contract for the supply of Goods between the Company and the Customer, which includes these Terms and Conditions, the Quotation, the Order, and any agreed written variations.

“Customer” means the person or company purchasing the Goods.

“Goods” means any bespoke furniture, cabinetry, or related items supplied by the Company.

“Quotation” means our written quotation for the supply of Goods.

“Order” means the confirmed purchase of Goods by the Customer.

“VAT” means value added tax, payable at the prevailing rate.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted at the Company’s discretion and only under these Terms and Conditions. Each accepted Order forms a legally binding Contract.
3. Pricing

Prices are as stated in the Quotation and valid for 30 days from issue unless accepted sooner.

Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

The Company reserves the right to amend prices if materials or supplier costs change.
4. Payment

A deposit or staged payments (as set out in the Quotation) are required to secure your Order.

All Orders must be paid in full, and funds cleared, before Goods are released or delivered.

Work will not commence until the agreed deposit has been received.
5. Delivery
a. Delivery details must be correct at the time of Order. Additional charges may apply for incorrect or changed addresses.
b. Delivery dates will be confirmed in writing. While we will always aim to meet agreed timescales, all dates are estimates.
c. The Company is not liable for delays outside its control, including supplier or courier delays.
d. If you are unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, storage charges may apply.
6. Returns & Cancellations

All made-to-order Goods are bespoke and non-refundable, except in cases of defect, damage, or material discrepancy.

Returns for damaged or defective Goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs.

Goods must be returned in original or suitable protective packaging.

Refunds (where agreed) will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned Goods.
7. Description and Samples

All drawings, descriptions, and images are provided for guidance only. Natural materials such as timber will vary in colour, grain, and markings.

Such variations are not considered defects.
8. Website Content
All designs, images, content, and source code on cravenbespoke.com are the property of Craven Bespoke Carpentry Limited, unless otherwise stated. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may view or print pages for personal use only.
9. Liability

Goods are supplied “as described.”

The Company accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

The Customer is responsible for checking Goods before fitting or installation. Installation is deemed acceptance of the Goods.
10. Data Protection
We take reasonable precautions to protect Customer information. Data is only used for processing Orders, fulfilling Contracts, and as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Third-Party Rights
No term of this Contract is intended to be enforceable by any person other than the Company or the Customer.
